Good Company to freshers so they can learn the work.Salary never expect more it will be below the standards.

Cons

Awful work pressure even though your fresher works and deadlines would be given ,Always independent no-one will come to help you even your seniors no proper training for freshers. Partiality and ignorance towards the localids only kerala and malayalam speaking empolyees would be coming forward and provided growth to them. As a employee I say never join to such organization when you have talent in yourself they will push you down to earth and never let you grow in any manner wise in career.
