      Joining Sysgain is the one of the worst decision in my life ever

      There is no positive to share.

      Cons

      I worked since 2 years. Company changed every year due to some reasons. Finally realized the Company has financial crises, often moving one place to another place. Finally Sysgain offer to another company to occupy their space due to no employees. Hopefully knowing this step is the first downgrade to collapse the any Org. Meanwhile Org decided to move out the resource suddenly. I am the person who got the struggle in their process. I would like to suggest everyone about the company before join here. 100% no Job Security. Damn sure the company hadn't stable in one location if you seen from last few years. Even will not be in one place coming future. FYI to all.. There is no future for Sysgain. So new client be alert. Thanks

      Pros

      This is best place to learn cheap politics & how to survey without have any knowledge. Company CEO also don't know why he is running this company from last few years without having any projects (its not the mening, that have projects in before).

      Cons

      Don't know what is going inside. No live projects, No services, But still the company is hiring people (only freshers to show the man power in organization) to show off something to cheat the world (Customers). one of the best person in organization as delivery head, always act like he is busy but doing nothing.

      1)Worst management and HRs -Do not even bother to reply over emails 2)Recruitments panel is completely fake-before joining promise you about different projects and after that, they simply say"Why you trusted us at that time" 3) No projects in pipeline, Fires people without notice Like literally people were asked to leave on the same day. 4)Their HR department is not even educated and behave like a shopkeeper .
