      Driven, smart, forward-looking and generally decent people in leadership.

      Cons

      Post-divestiture, it is an up-hill climb overcoming years under ownership of Affiliated Computer Services, which understood nothing about building an SAP consulting business...bad hangover!

      No vision and direction from the top management on the future of SAP Compensation is awful No employee job security No systems in place for working environment Basically a body shopper in US with no SAP exposure.
