Favoritism, office politics and drama, poor management, unorganized company structure, unprofessional behavior and individuals blatantly do not perform well or do their job.

Great support staff; they are always available to answer questions.

Cons

The company is very money driven. Not too much care put into employees. Really focused on R&D and getting new products out without really checking the market for them. Pay is low for amount of work required of employees
