      You can learn ample amount of things..

      Cons

      --2 year minimum you have to work here otherwise you won't get experience certificate. --fy2019 they have changed policy so freshers will face problems.. They will only get 1 leave per month no extra leave will be provided.. -- Strictly no flexible work hours..you can't came in company as you want -- working in sls is like working in "KGF movie Gold Mine"

      - Easy to crack interview instead of other embedded companies interview. - Work Pressure less compare to other companies. - All Employees are helpful in all circumstance professional as well as personal. - Will receive a good appraisal. That is a great advantage for employees. - Every two-year company arranges the EAP program. It is such kind of company tour and they have chosen the best destination for a visit. i.e: Mount Abu, Goa, OMAN.

      Cons

      - Easy to crack an interview. There is reason company running mostly on fresher employees instead of experience person. - Work Pressure less. It means simply and short conclusion: "NO PAIN, NO GAIN". - Getting good appraisal: No one still clearly understands how they are measuring the potential of employees. This mostly depends on your relation with upper management and project manager. - Experience person mostly not prefers IT company located in GIDC as well as Anand city. It should be a megacity and IT park. i.e: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar. - Human management team treats employees like labor instead of Engineer. They have made all new rules and regulation which are only applicable to factory labor. An Engineer will never accept this kind of rules and regulation. Due to that unexpected decision was taken by the HR team mostly experienced person left company.

      friendly environment, there's no glass ceiling. anyone can approach his/her manager without a barrier.

      Cons

      seemingly valid requests to the managerial levels and/or HR dept are not always entertained.
