Working here was honestly a toxic experience. The pay is low, the managers play favorites, and the CEO feels completely disconnected from what's really going on. One person tries to keep control over everything, which just slows things down and makes the place feel even more disorganized. The culture leans more toward gossip than teamwork, and fairness is pretty much nonexistent. Salaries are capped, growth opportunities are limited, and the leadership on the software side doesn't have the experience to move things in the right direction. It's no wonder there's such high turnover, most people leave once they realize employees just aren't valued here.

Regular layoffs stresses everyone causes you'll never know if you're next! It created fear in the atmosphere, made everyone tense and terribly anxious!
