Pros For Company: Employee should only work late hours and dont expect anything from Co. Not at all employee friendly, pressurizes to sign unknown documents Policies change every day, and no fixed HR policy No HR to take care of Employee issues resulting in savings.

Cons

People are afraid to work in the organisation no Set standards Employees struggle once they resign No other benefits Deducts salary in spite you work for whole days and complete full hours Worst Senior management who dont have patience and how to deal with employees. Higher management gets angry once you put your papers and tries to trouble you in each possible way. no Fixed role as desired it chnages daily due to shortage of head count.

Everything you have to do so you will learn many things at once. Good for entry-level people, as they will learn many things

Cons

A typical lala company, if the MD's mood is not good you can get fired in a day. They don't pay good, hardly any salary hikes or bonus The company is full of people who like buttering the MD, no place for new ideas, a different way of doing things or encouragement. They don't trust their employees

The company is in habit of shutting down departments very regularly. Management is least concerned about the business as their core income is from real estate parcel they recently sold. Shouting and venting anger on junior is promoted culture
