      Worst Company - Dont Join this company even you have hard to find job

      Pros

      Nothing positive, fraud management. Don't join this company even you have hard to find the job, you will find good job with you skills.

      Cons

      - Not at all an ethical company. Doesn't bother about you skills and hard work, they only search ways to demoralize you for not to pay you properly. - Beware of H1B people (new or existing ) !! These people will always threat you that they will withdraw your petition and you will be victim of their illegal activities. - As per the US law it is illegal that an employer collects money from the employer for H1B transfer! Sill they will collect and will be no response after until you take any legal action against them. Still who already joined before 5 months didn't get their fee back which they mentioned in the offer letter that the fee will be returned after 90 working days!! - You will not know to whom you need to contact for any issues, in fact no HR in person in the Company. - You will be shocked to know that you will get mails from this company email IDs for which there is no person in reality. Also, the actual HR names are hided and will the introduced with duplicate names. Fraud company.

      Pros

      This company lacks in everything. they do not even consider there employees and Humans. they are the most unethical way of working. The management doesn't want to even talk to its employees. If you have concerns in contract or documents or way of working, and if you bring it up with the HR or management, they will not get into a discussion also, just shut you down as if employee satisfaction is non of the concerns. It is foolish to think of joining this company if you do not see any personal advantage with the company

      Horrible way of working... no basic set of rules... anytime if the company sees that a situation has arise where they will have to give the employees what they should deserve and it is not exactly what the management wants then the will change the company business policy and If the business policy contains and rules which are actually correct and ethical and the favorable to employee then they will just take that rule out of there business policies. All the policy and rules of this company seem one sided( company sided) Basically they will make policy so that they can bind you to doing things saying that are the rules... and if as a employee you say this is what you should get as per the rules in the business policy then those rules will change asap in a business policy update.

      Pros

      Theres not a single positive point one can speak about this organization. If some one is speaking anything good about this organization then he/she must be someone from management who is doing this just at someone's instruction. Theres no accountability in this organization. People working here for years and still get no appraisal rather management does all possible things to harass them. Even employees dont get salaries for months and later they paid in installments. Even people have resigned and filed cases against management to get their due salary.

      Cons

      One can talk to any current or previous employee of this organization and may be one in hundred will say some positive about them. The company has 3 set of people. First is the bonded laborers with virtually no salary working hard with lot of abuse and harassment. Second is the classic set of cronies who always in mode of saving their heads, by torturing the juniors and boot licking the management. Third is the one and only faro level of people, who opened and running this organization to spoil few talented and innocent guys.
