Pros

SOME nice people. There are some really talented, sweet people whose work goes unnoticed and unappreciated.

Cons

It starts from the top, the CEO and so-called CRO who have zero clue what they are doing. Fires people at will, and gets overly involved in small things. They try to be VP of every department. Anyone who is talented, or has good ideas, gets fired. Promotions are purely based on nepotism. Lastly, look at the reviews - So many positive reviews and not one bad one. Strange that isn't it. Don't believe them Believe me, I was one of them, - The company pressures employees into writing positive (FAKE) reviews.

Not even one, maybe location but that’s not worth wasting your time

Cons

Arrogant management, they look at your emails and chats and micromanage to death, lie about ROI to clients and treat employees like servants! They incentivize current employees to write positive feedback here, so be aware!!!!

- employers are the first value - possibility to be better everyday - to grow and to get more knowledge everyday! - working at Syte is inspiring - happy hours! -always good vibes - food in the Syte cafe and vegan-friendly!
