      -very nice people generally speaking -variety of tasks, lots of flexibility in hours etc. -overall good experience, good compensation, enjoyed getting to know various people there

      Cons

      -poor communication between management and employees "on the ground" -sometimes poor use of employee resources/time -was sometimes tossed around between managers/supervisors without any real overarching plan

      Nice coworkers. Events put on by the hospital but caters mostly to day shift / office workers.

      Cons

      No recognition for long time employees. Poor work/ life balance. Long waiting list for dayshift. Low pay.
