      Pros

      All the additional safety training,etc and for the most part everyone makes an effort to work in harmony. (Thoughtz from Lil' Wayne aka "Jesus Saves")

      Cons

      Racially biased to an extent as to who gets selected to work,Supervisors can act like high school girls which is kinda gay,especially since everyone their is supposed to be big tough men.
