Dysfunctional and very uncomfortable work environment. Several employees, including management and owner would yell at each other and be rude and disrespectful towards each other right out in the open communal work area. Creative staff would essentially be told to look at what Melissa and Doug did and change it enough to make it seem like we weren’t copying them.

Everything. Its a revolving door of hiring and firing.
