Pros
Company values diversity, and there was a sense of inclusivity with the team. Good working environment.
Cons
Low pay for Greater Seattle area, so staff needs to be outsourced from other states. I remember a conversation where they indicated monitoring by keyboard keystrokes to see if you're productive. It's a small company so management is HR. They mean well, but company success and work related frustration can be personal for management. At times, I sensed disgenuousity.
