      Friendly atmosphere with flexibility, but limited pay growth

      Pros

      - great office location. - very friendly people, always willing to help. - HR were super helpful, always available and approachable. - always opportunities to move accounts within the company. - flexibility on working hours and going into the office

      Cons

      - pay rises and progression was rare - office space didn't feel like the most creative, motivating place to work - lack of proper desktop space, a lot more hot desking space.
