The company work as a contractor for different government entities, thus the contact with the T&T managers is minimal. It is a great place to start, colleagues were great at client office.

Salary increases are at a bare minimum even if you do your best, usually from 0.01 to 0.03 percent per year. When upgrading a legacy system to MVC5 we got around 2.5 percent raise; Health insurance is average too, you end up paying a lot of extra money from your pocket if you decide to have a kid while working here.
