Flexible work hours, benefits are great, fun and productive work environment, management has a clear vision for growth and they communicate it well.

None that I can think of, I genuinely enjoy working here

Flexible work schedules and benefits.
Cons
Hotbed of narcissists. Pay is below industry standards. Drama and gossip is a form of sustenance to these people. They barely keep the doors open. They aren't bringing in new work. One large contract sustains them, and they'll go under when it expires. They sell you on a 'family' environment, but don't tell you it's a completely dysfunctional family. Get out while you can.
