Pros
There are very few Pros at this company. The salaries are great! They have free coffee and snacks but they are very limited. They do offer insurance and 401K match as well as unlimited PTO.
Cons
Very disorganized and total lack of leadership and management. This is a very male-dominated organization with OLD SCHOOL thinking and very disrespectful to their employees. They do not think they are doing anything wrong. They will take the time to listen and then blame the issue on you. Their business practices are questionable at best and they have had solvency issues for years. There is little to no training and there are not enough employees to do their jobs efficiently. This company creates its own drama that is completely unnecessary and counterproductive. They spend a lot of time chasing their own tails on situations that could be prevented by being proactive in their approach to business.
