There is no wfh policy here, In covid situation also they will force you to come office they wont care for employess health, They want their productivity more important than people health. And more over they have that much guts to send email mentioning pay cut if you are not coming to office. And here leads are very worst they wont even raise their openion to higher management. If they do also they will get fired. So actually it is a one way path you need to do what management said. And also there is one team called hr team here. They wont reply for any mails, but they have time to send pay cut mail to every employees.
