Pros
PMs really care and do what they can to support employees. Compensation is competitive upon hire. HR is very responsive and extremely helpful.
Cons
Senior leaders are solely focused on growth and have forgotten about the value of their current employees. Original partners, in particular, are completely out of touch and do whatever they want without consideration of others. Annual merit increases are not competitive.
