As long as you keep trading, management is happy. Profitability is a different matter....

Pros
Professional traders on virtual trade floor provide good market and stock perspectives.
Cons
Horrible antiquated trading platform. No screening software. High fees. Very high churn rate. Clearly most new traders do not succeed and can not last. Upper management unresponsive to suggestions and comments. Some very unprofessional traders posting in trader chatroom on the t3 site. Most traders will lose their deposits, but the company does well off of them in any case. Their game: Keep bringing in new traders to replace the ones that burn out quickly. I challenge them to reveal how many traders are actively trading with them and how that number has changed in recent years.
