Pros
- Good location in Santa Clarita - The Esterline years were good, the Transdigm ones are terrible - Serves as a textbook example of how a good company can flip bad with only two hires: a malicious president and a spineless HR
Cons
- Carol the president is hostile, disrespectful & malicious - especially towards men - TA Aerospace is now owned by Transdigm - they're aggressively cheap with their employees - Layoffs & sudden firings were the norm - only got worse during the pandemic, especially with the slowdown in aerospace industry. - The work place is quite literally toxic. Some of the chemicals used are extremely hazardous and TA has had hospitalization/ injury incidents profiled in the news/ Santa Clarita Valley Signal
