Location is amazing. It is right next to Mass Ave Great pay and having an afterhours team is great

Cons

Atmosphere has changed since TA bought out Celadon Logistics. We no longer have beer fridays and we cannot wear shorts anymore. We used to be able to work from home as well. Management has changed and this has caused a lot of issued.

In my opinion, the main reason people work here is to collect a paycheck. It is a great place to get started and save up money. The culture is unlike any other - these people are friendly, authentic, and nonjudgmental and the office environment is energetic and fun. The company is growing like crazy and it has been very cool to see and be a part of. Overall, it is a great place to work!

Cons

It is long hours in the office in an open floor team environment. Your margin can be capped and controlled by management. There is some micromanagement, but its not poor management. Not really any opportunities for growth, that's why this job is best for starting out or if you are ok with just collecting a good paycheck. Benefits are not the best, just average.

Decent Pay Good Location and cool office Nice people

Cons

Benefits, benefits, benefits. They get people to work for them with the pay and nice office but they have terrible benefits. A lot of the employees overlook this factor. They say work from home as needed, but they actually want an excuse. Many of the managers look down on those who work from home too often.
