Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. One of Taazaa’s aspirations is to be the most sought-after place to work and I'm saddened to hear your experience and outlook regarding Taazaa falls short. I'm sorry for this and would like to respond.
First, thank you for your comments about Yasir's leadership, his commitment to a joyful culture, and his vision for Taazaa's future. Because of those ideas and the amazing team of people at Taazaa, we're growing rapidly (just crossed 100 employees) which means a lot of hard work and sometimes long hours. Growth rarely comes easy or peacefully, but it's worthwhile as we build a place where people come to flourish at work, not just collect a paycheck, and certainly not a place where they feel enslaved or stifled.
We're not perfect, but I think we're making meaningful progress in this direction. We are actively taking steps to promote transparent, candid feedback at every level. We're in the process of organizing our work better so we can work smarter instead of harder. We're putting a new emphasis on personal development for everyone. And we're improving the way we hire managers so that new managers can quickly embrace Taazaa’s way of doing development and be as successful as those whom we grow from within.
Finally, I apologize to you if our management execution style caused a negative experience. We are dealing with an intense intellectual eco system and we could never achieve our success with a destructive work environment. We take your feedback in a positive spirit and if you have any additional specifics feel free to share them so that we all can improve. Please send them directly to info@taazaa.com.
Love and hugs,
Naveen, CMO
