Pros
1) Had nice office in Sector V, but came down to somewhere in tangra now maybe due to financial crunch. 2) You are surrounded with some good people. SOME i repeat "SOME"
Cons
1) The management is trying to run the firm with help of their family members. Like most of the employees were either previously know or is a family member. 2) Skill or dedication to your job will never be valued. Your salary is decided by how much butter you can put on while talking to the CEO. 3) The CTO, who is a joke in name of someone coming from a technical background knows nothing, but have big words. 4) Salary is very less even according to market standards. 5) Late payments. 6) I don't know about current situation but, franchises were sold to people making false promises. 7) Don't get excited about the google reviews, the questions are made from fake accounts and answered by their social media guy. 8) Zero learning opportunity, as the first set of people who built the company say in Tech, Operations or Graphics left this pathetic organization. 9) Most people are from a MLM organization Ebiz, the CEO was part of it for a long time. They think them selves as great sales person but, they are purely unethical and make fool out of people. 10) Last but not the list there's no stable business policy, that will ultimately lead to closure of the organization someday. 11) Much money doesn't come from the shops but, the company runs on saleing the franchises itself. Which is obviously not a sustainable business model.
