Being professional services firm, there are several interesting projects and companies to work on. Its a very good place to learn and build skills. The pay is relatively competitive and periodic performance appraisal rewards exist for excellenct performance.
Cons
Might be required to work extra hours when there is huge workload. Fast paced work environment, non self starters might find it hard to adapt or learn.
