Pros
- a human company (people who support each other with genuine intentions) - very transparency on how is the company health and board decisions for the future - growth opportunities - space to share your ideas and chance to change how things are being conducted - no silos among areas, even with the CEO, you can reach him at any time
Cons
- Many demands for small teams in each area - Lack of reports/analyses (know better the customer, how to approach, etc) to tell where the company should invest time and money
