Pros

Working abroad, travelling and seeing new places

Cons

Pay is less then minimum wage, no time off or holidays and strict rules on your evenings off. No security in the job or accommodation, even in training they sent someone home with a few hours notice and no previous warnings. Awful management

Pros

A great opportunity to gain experience in new countries, learn about different cultures, and work as part of a team. Even though they are not exceptional, they provide you with accommodation, flights, and three meals a day. Depending on the location, transportation is also provided (bus tickets, bicycles, cars, etc.).

Cons

Poor communication from senior management. Managers and supervisors find their hands tied when it comes to making important decisions due to the ‘abandonment’ of senior management. They talk a lot about mental health, but when it comes to taking action to support their employees, the response is insufficient or non-existent. They look after the interests of the company and not those of the employee.
