Pros

You can work on a lot of different projects, that can vary greatly in technologies. Maybe in 10 years the company will be a good enough one to work for. There's a nice park down the street...

Cons

Prepare to be treated as a body any nothing more. Leave your experience and knowledge at the door, because they don't care. Experience? Masters degrees? You won't be using any of that here. You will be drawing a lot of shapes in AutoCAD though. Also, get comfortable, because you'll be staying late, every day, forever. Well, that is until you realize what the company is really like and then leave. In 2016 alone +50% of the design group quit throughout the course of the year. We're talking +30 people here. That should tell you a few things. If you look at the reviews on this site, you see a very consistent story from the design positions. If you want to read the most accurate and eloquent depiction of the company on this site, read the review titled "This company needs a therapist." from this past summer. They go in detail to explain the fundamental structural issues with the company, and why you should stay clear.

Pros

Company has a wonderful product to offer and has strong contacts that keeps most of them coming back for future work. Overall young workforce that tries to help one another.

Cons

The CFO has very poor communication skills and has a hard time relating to people in his own department and throughout the company. Upper level management expects their employees to work long hours and has been very slow to implement a software system that is easy to use. The CFO and CEO are not respected.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree, we do have a wonderful product to offer. As the company continues to grow and expand, we have discovered new avenues of sharing information to all of our employees globally. Likewise, we recognize that our employees knowledge and insight are incredibly important. (We have incredibly talented, best-in-class employees!) Hence, we have provided our employees with more touch points to share their knowledge and gather information by including employee feedback surveys, lunch and learns, web meetings, communication boards, live video presentations and much more. If you have any other suggestions, I would be happy to have a discussion with you. Thank You, Mia
