*Meaningful work — it feels good knowing the training we provide helps real people stay safe, compliant, and informed/educated. *Very flexible schedule and fully remote setup, which is great if you value independence and focus. *There’s trust, kindness, and a sense of calm professionalism in the team dynamic. *Supportive leadership, especially their moral support.
Cons
*Tasks can get repetitive over time, especially if you’re doing similar work daily *Fully remote setup (except for the main office, where they are in the US) can feel a little isolating if you’re someone who enjoys social interactions.
