Great employees who are all willing to help you succeed, the managers are very kind and assist with all portions of daily business. They truly help mold you for success in this industry. I have never worked in banking before this job and was able to catch my footing and become a valued member team sooner then i expected! This position also includes full benefits covered at the companies expense which is a great addition! The only reason i am leaving this company is to get back into the Marketing field whic
Cons
As a MSR (Member Service Representative) you will have to work a Saturday or two a month. Saturdays are only five hour days with the bank only being open from 9am-1pm. You also receive a day off during the week to make up for working on a Saturday.

The management and other employees are absolutely wonderful. They care about your professional growth and were extremely flexible while I was attending college.
Cons
You may be asked to Work at multiple branches occasionally which could be disorienting.
