Persintant and pervasive hostile work environment. Disability descrimination. Mission creep away from seminar and support services for clients. Lack of empowerment and trust by President and founder. Consistent back stabbing by senior leadership. Retirement plan is sub par. Toxicity is boiling over. Leadership makes changes to progamming without due consideration of best practices and employees who run the programming. President and founder lies about conversations.
