Pros
There's no shortage of projects to work on and there are plenty of opportunities to flex to grow new skills.
Cons
The (new) executive team has done a decent job of shaping and articulating a vision for the company; however, the organization remains relatively flat, which, in some areas, requires individual contributors to be more self-directed. This lack of clear direction is a blade that can cut both ways. The right individual can be very successful at TARGIT, as there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons
Low to no leadership on the US side of the business. Old/Stale technology, no cloud offerings as of 2021. Tool knowledge is vendor specific other than the query language. The software lacks documentation and support. Open disregard of modern security practices and password management by upper management in the US. Lack of projects to work on.
