Pros

You will meet great colleagues.

Cons

Too many to mention. You'll just keep working on working but they will never recognize your efforts and will never respect your time. They will still contact you even after working hours, on weekends and even when you're on leave. The supervisors' priority are their positions on the company. They never listen on their employees' opinions.

Pros

Good exposure to architectural and structural BIM modeling. You'll learn a little bit about coordinating your tasks with other team members.

Cons

OTing every day is the default. Upon hiring, Saturday work was voluntary but became mandatory after some policy changes. This is a culture where working overtime and on Saturdays are heavily romanticized and always equate to being a good employee.
