He genuinely wants people to succeed and takes the time to mentor and support those he works with, whether they’re artists, A&R screeners, or internal team members. What’s especially impressive is the openness to growth. TAXI isn’t stuck in its ways despite having been around for 34+ years, there’s a real willingness to evolve, listen, and improve, all while maintaining integrity and respect for its members.
