      I truly enjoyed working with staff who were college students from foreign countries.

      The nature of the business is extremely fast paced and at times very challenging meeting the personal standards I had set for myself.

      Pros

      Opportunity to build long lasting relationships. Great culture that comes from the top and you're encourage to embrace and pass along. An overall feeling of belonging and familiarity. Support from teams laterally and above but also being able to operate within reason as you would your own business.

      Cons

      Hospitality is not for everyone, but if you love people over process then it might be.
