Pros

This company is based out of Tawain, they have no knowledge of American Business practices and they expect you to work to death and get paid once a month no benefits because they don’t have them set up in the USA yet, and they only want Manadrin Speaking Young Workers as I was forced to discriminate against older applicants. Don’t work here you’ll lose all self respect and they’ll make you break every law they possibly can to achieve their goal. Btw, you get paid once a month.

Cons

No benefits, paid once a month, they’ll discriminate against your age, if you can speak Manadrain, They expect you to be a company person who works 12 hours a day, you can’t leave the factory for lunch, you can’t leave the property for anytime during work hours. Their expectations are not achievable. They say you get bonuses. No you don’t. They speak mandarin only about you to your face. This place is horrible and they are breaking every law to get away with being able to produce their products. They’ve lost their only 2 American staff so now it’s all people from China and Tawain there. No Diversity, no inclusion.

Pros

Good initial experience dealing with clients in the nutraceutical industry. That is literally about it.

Cons

No healthcare benefits of any type. Stated in the offer letter that after the initial first 3 month trial/training period that it would kick in. Never did. Extreme poor management. Little to no training of any type. When you ask questions on tasks you've never done before instead of providing you with the necessary instructions or feedback the management will talk down to you and belittle you. You are expected to be online at anytime. I have taken meetings or gotten on calls at 10pm or 11pm at night. When you don't answer they will again scold you the next day even tho it was almost mid night. I read one of the previous review regarding how if you are of Asian descent you get treated much more poorly, and I couldn't have agreed more. A lot of internal department issues, extremely understaffed in certain departments. When I need a task done by my project manager it felt like I had to jump through multiple hoops just to get a simple tasks submitted.
