The frontline staff and individual contributors are resilient and do their best to support one another despite the difficult circumstances.

Cons

The leadership at the Director level currently struggles with organization, often leading to chaotic workflows and shifting priorities. There is a noticeable lack of support for direct reports, which has led to severe burnout and unusually high staff turnover. Additionally, the main office facilities are severely outdated and poorly maintained, further impacting morale and contributing to the difficulty in retaining talent.
