      Pros

      Good work culture.. Drop facility.. Nice & helping colleagues.. Some citi bank clients are friendly to work with... Some projects also give options to work from home

      Cons

      You will get everything except increment.. Sometimes one has to fight tooth and nail for good ratings but eventually you will get pennies in increments... Promotion policy sucks big time... You will have to clear assessment but you won't know the results if you have failed.. Its all in the hands of management & HR

      • They make your thorough professionals. • Instill deep sense of integrity and honor • They genuinely invest time and resources in people

      Cons

      • Since they hire in bulk, an appropriate job - person fit is not taken care of. I had to leave the job because of that. However, many of my friends stuck and they are doing great now.
