    I worked at TD part-time

    Pros

    Great management and very interested in helping new employees succeed. Along with the management, the other employees are interested in your growth and very open to provide feedback and extra help in terms of understanding your goals and helping you navigate the process of onboarding.

    Cons

    Expected the training process to be more rigirious and reflective of the real life working environment. The learning curve at certain locations is very steep, although the resources available are very helpful.

    Advice to Management

    Create a more rigirous training program. Many employees explained how the training was several years ago which would better prepare new employees succeed quicker in their roles.

    Cons

    Oftentimes minimum wage is raised for lower end employees and not for people who have worked for their accomplishments.

    Advice to Management

    Reevaluate the pay scales since making the minimum wage much higher.

    I worked at TD full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    they were great for a few years while I was raising my kids then management changed and it became all about the bottom line .

    Cons

    Very closed door management. A lot of favouritism and cronyism. Old boys club still exists and gender and age bias.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with respect and value them.
