I enjoy learning the different states coverage and being able to broaden my horizons with insurance knowledge.

Cons

Very overworked and not appreciated by management and owners. This is a company that very much depends on who you are or who you're connected to as whether or not you are treated fairly. I would not recommend ever working here and regret my decision to work here.

Truly unique high net worth agency that is genuinely focused on providing outstanding service to its clients through a comprehensive portfolio of carriers. The focus on customer relationships cannot be denied!

Cons

Newer agency management system means inconsistency in work flows and procedures. This is a learning curve that management is actively addressing.
