Mostly nice team, you can learn a lot from them. Opportunity to work with global brands. Diverse projects. Overall has a good image on the market.
Cons
You're usually overworked. They will make you do timesheets. Unclear opportunities of the employee's growth, they can give you a title, but you're still gonna be doing the same job for the same salary.
