      Walking around the waterfront at the Navy Yard in the winter gets chilly.

      Great Hybrid Work at TDI Technologies, Inc.

      Pros

      Working at TDI Technologies , Inc. as a Data Scientist has been a great experience. The hybrid work model offers a lot of flexibility, and the work culture is friendly and collaborative. I enjoy the interesting projects focused on the maintenance of naval ships. The work provides both technical challenges and a sense of real-world impact.

      Cons

      One downside, which is pretty common in the defense contracting industry, is that the security clearance and other compliance processes can be slow.
