flexible work schedule and little management presence
Cons
unless your agreement is in writing and signed do not count on getting that you are promised. Many employees are not paid as promised and do no received full payment on leaving the company. Owner also regularly tends to threated and harass employee's after leaving the company. Work is often pushed to be completed, even if incorrect.

Pros
Staff was friendly, truly wanted to get to know you. They would always care about you and the Field Engineers were great. They always wanted to make sure you were ok and happy.
Cons
Hours were sometimes long or there was no work. Deadlines had to be met, quantities, paperwork.
