Pros
Flexable time dependent on worth to the company. Administrative staff is extremely friendly and great to be around. Most holidays of any company, compeditive vacation time. fairly good benefits
Cons
They lack upward mobility of their staff. Where you start is where you stay no matter how much of your time you sacrifice to the company. They desire loyalty to the company but they show no loyalty to their employees. Certain people at the company are above reproach no matter how many times they screw up.
