      Communication sometimes limited to those "in the know". A bit of nepotism made it harder to advance.

      Neat work overshadowed by toxic culture and layoffs. Stay for 2-3 years and get OUT!

      Always new interesting projects in the pipeline

      Cons

      No way to get promoted with out being a brown-nosing sycophant. The CEO pretends to cry at all hands meetings, and waxes poetic about how Teague is a family, and then layoffs off senior members with 20 years experience. The very next day they post job reqs for those positions. No more 401k matching, and expensive Health insurance for married people.
