      Pros

      Medium size company which still makes its employees feel like they are part of a family. Everything everyone does makes a difference at this company, which causes their employees to actually want to contribute, I honestly believe nobody is there just to collect a paycheck.

      I personally don’t have anything I can think of negatively to say about this company.

      Great company on the rise with great management and a lot of flexibility to be able to do your jobs adaquetly

      Cons

      No write up program made for infractions, if you make a mistake they can terminate you on the spot
