      In general, kind people in different levels of the organization

      Cons

      Unprepared members in professional and academic aspects at every level. Lack of consensus, lack of sound governance policies, lack of method. Centralized power only on top executives, and some of them do not have qualities needed for the role,

      Part (and only a part) of the directives are accessible.

      Cons

      - Decision making totally centralized in directive (the family). - Part of the family keep the company from advancing. - Part of the family extremely egocentric. - Some managers are centered on keeping their jobs and say what directive want to hear instead of doing the right thing for the company and their departments.
