Pros

- Really good work culture, I enjoy seeing my workmates and I can be honest about mistakes - this is not a punitive culture, it's solution focused. - Interesting product - Willingness to explore and apply new technologies in new features

Cons

- Poor allocation of resources, some teams are under-resourced for developers - Management does not always do a good job of providing insight into product direction - Tech debt is prioritised too low, leading to greater challenges when it finally must be resolved

Pros

Employees are treated very well. Employee ownership gives employees a sense of pride in working at Team Software. Good people. Talented people. Good work environment.

Cons

The neighborhood is kind of sketchy. Parking is occasionally difficult. Someone it seems like we shoot ourselves in the foot to give every customer what they want in our software. All very minor complaints.

Great culture, fantastic benefits and welcomed collaboration among all various departments. Very exciting company to work for- highly recommend. Top-notch benefits, inviting culture, wonderful company all around
