      Pros

      Diverse technical exposure and opportunities for learning new technologies. Opportunities for growth since the org is relatively small and still growing. Great work-life balance and management is great.

      Cons

      Low pay for some roles, and bonuses tied to selling services and subscriptions (which can also be a pro if you are sales oriented). Expecting a higher than average knowledge for entry level positions that contribute to high turnover.

      Pros

      Interview was fun, I enjoyed the tests. Coworkers have tons of experience and are always happy to teach. Team is friendly and welcoming. Management is understanding and works with you. Great benefits. Fun work, always something new to learn. Great room for growth with the company, they only hire managers in-house. Wage started increasing after two months of employment.

      Cons

      The starting wage isn't great, but does increase quickly. Not a lot of new employee training materials to learn from, you need to ask about a lot of things which can be tricky when things are busy.
