      Less than Impressive

      Pros

      Fast growing company with many new positions added in the last two years, and many more projected for the future. The office has an easy-going, casual atmosphere. Hours are somewhat flexible, as long as the work is getting done. Most office positions are salaried.

      Cons

      Health benefits are not great, and employees pay 1/4 of the premiums themselves. New hires are mostly fresh out of college, with little or no work experience. The average age of employees is below 30. Very few of the dedicated, long-term people are still there, with management having found some creative way to get rid of them.

      Amazing Company but lacks Job security

      Pros

      Culture is Fantastic. Free Tuesday lunch that usually has left overs for later days of the week. Employees are Fantastic. Everyone wants you to succeed. Lots of Freedom. Pretty good pay with consistent raises. The owner is really nice. They care about your input.

      Cons

      Job security is at a premium. Your position may not be well defined. They may not have the resources to properly train you. The company is currently experimenting with its Growth so taking a position there might be risky. It is hard to get a foothold in important projects. Weak 401k contribution.

      Pros

      Tekton's culture feels more like a tech startup than a tool company. You will enjoy working here, especially if a typical corporate environment isn't your style.

      Cons

      401k contribution is comparatively very very weak as of 2019. The only reason this isn't an instant deal breaker for staff is because of the low average age.
